New at WEH, for example, is the TK200 H2 filling coupling for refueling vehicles. It combines field-proven technology with more user comfort and modern design. The one-hand coupling with Push&Pull locking is designed for flow rates up to 90 g/s and is available in the H35, H35MF, and H70 variants.

For applications with particularly high hydrogen throughput, the new hydrogen high-flow filling coupling TK500 H70HF is added. It is specially designed for heavy-duty applications and enables flow rates of up to 300 g/s. Here too, according to the manufacturer, the Push&Pull locking ensures easy and intuitive handling.

Also in the WEH portfolio for hydrogen refueling are the TSA30 and TSA31 H2 35 MPa breakaway couplings in conjunction with pressure hoses with a 10 mm inner diameter. According to WEH, this covers all common H2 refueling techniques and also offers initial solutions based on the ISO 17268-2 standard expected in 2027 for refueling techniques with particularly high flow requirements.

New quick connections

The quick adapters TW850-S50 and TW850-S60 H2 enable safe and fast connection of hydrogen containers - for example, for filling and emptying trailers and cylinder bundles as well as for pressure and leak testing of H2 systems.

WEH also aims to expand its hydrogen portfolio in the medium pressure range up to 1,034 bar. Here, the company refers to its range of H2 ball valves, double block and bleed valves, particle filters, needle and check valves, pressure relief valves, as well as fittings and lines.
