Terms and Conditions of Sale, Delivery, and Payment for Trade Journals

The trade journals published by Gentner Energy Media GmbH may be purchased either as a subscription or as individual issues. Orders for journals may be placed at any time. 

Single Articles: 

Payment for individual articles is due upon receipt of the invoice. 

Subscriptions: 

Subscription fees are billed annually in advance and are payable within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed for an additional year unless cancelled in writing at least three months before the end of the current subscription period, unless they have been expressly ordered for a limited period only. International subscriptions must be paid without any charges or fees to the publisher. By accepting delivery of the journal, resellers agree to comply with the subscription prices listed in the journal’s imprint. Returns are subject to prior approval by the publisher. Changes to pricing, payment due dates, or cancellation periods published in the imprint of the respective journal shall be deemed accepted four weeks after initial publication unless the subscriber submits a written objection within that period. All deliveries are subject exclusively to our terms and conditions of sale, delivery, and payment, which are expressly acknowledged upon acceptance of the delivery. The place of performance and legal venue for merchants is Stuttgart, Germany. For all other customers, this jurisdiction shall apply for dunning proceedings.
