Now online: The preliminary program of the “Hydrogen Technology World Expo” 2025

More than 1,500 participants are expected. Over 300 experts will present current developments along the entire hydrogen value chain in lectures and panel discussions. Key topics include green hydrogen production, electrolyzer development, fuel cell technology, infrastructure expansion, and derivatives such as ammonia and e-fuels.

New this year is the revised Hydrogen Leadership Summit with five technical tracks. The conference will cover regulatory, technological, and economic aspects. Representatives from Siemens Energy, BASF, Fraunhofer ISE, Uniper, Gasunie, and the European Commission will discuss market strategies, financing, and international cooperation.

Running in parallel with the hydrogen trade fair is the Carbon Capture Technology World Expo. The joint event enables an integrated view of CO2 capture and its role in the production of low-carbon hydrogen.

Politics, industry and research in dialogue

Speakers will include Kristina Vogt, Senator for Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, as well as representatives from the Federal Network Agency, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and the European Commission. International companies such as Baker Hughes, Haffner Energy, Everfuel, ABB, Topsoe, ITM Power, and Hyundai Motor Company will also contribute.

A central topic will be the expansion of Germany’s core hydrogen network. Stefan Mellahn from the transmission system operator FNB Gas will provide an update on the current status. Additional panels will address the role of tariffs in the global energy market, financing of hydrogen projects, and the development of cross-border trading structures.

The Hydrogen Technology World Expo 2025 is aimed at professionals from the fields of plant engineering, energy supply, mobility, chemicals, research, and politics. The event is organized by Trans-Global Events.
