We will use the data that we collected from you exclusively to fulfill your purchase order. All of our customer data is stored and processed pursuant to the relevant rules stipulated in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).
At all times, you will retain the right to request, correct, block, or delete information that was stored about you by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by sending a letter by mail or fax. We will not charge you for this service.
We will only share your personal data, including your residence and e-mail address, with third parties if we have your expressed consent to do so. At any time, you will be able to choose not to share certain information. The aforementioned notwithstanding, your data will always be shared with our service partners that require the information to fulfill your order (for instance, banking institute responsible for processing the payment). The information transmitted, however, will be limited to the minimum required to complete the task.
Terms & Conditions
When you enter into a contract with us by ordering our services, the other party to the contract will be Hydrogeit Verlag, which is owned by Sven Geitmann and is based in Gartenweg 5, 16727 Oberkrämer – Schwante, Germany. Ordering H2-international will constitute a binding offer unless the customer exercises his or her right to withdraw from the contract within two weeks (see below). After purchasing or registering at the shop, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail and a paper invoice by mail within six weeks (throughout Germany only) or a PDF invoice by e-mail (global reach).
These terms and conditions apply to all Hydrogeit Verlag deliveries and services ordered by customers outside of their commercial or freelance work. Differing agreements and/or amendments to any contract require the expressed written consent of Hydrogeit Verlag; the same is true when non-written approval is to be effected in the future.
Warranties are granted based on German federal and state regulations.
The laws of Germany will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or services if the other party to the contract is a business, a public entity, or a public fund. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts responsible for the seller’s place of business, which is Oberkrämer, and you and Hydrogeit Verlag consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Right to Contract Withdrawal / Grounds for Order Cancellation
According to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the purchase order will no longer be binding if you withdraw from the contract within two weeks after you received H2-international. Contract withdrawal can be made in writing (an e-mail to info @ h2-international . com is sufficient). The withdrawal notice does not have to include any reason for revoking the contract. To meet the aforementioned deadline in due time, it will be enough to send the notice to:

If the money for the subscription was already paid it will be sent back by the Hydrogeit Verlag into the customer’s bank account where it was send from.
The subscription to H2-international will be renewed automatically for another 1-month term unless the customer terminates the subscription in time. To terminate a subscription, you will need to submit your termination notice respectively two weeks prior to the next publishing date of H2-international. The same applies to bookings of company entries in H2-international.
